Arriving and travelling by train in the Alpes vaudoises
From Geneva Airport the destinations of the Alpes vaudoises are easily accessible by train in approx. 2h. At Montreux you change on the famous Goldenpass Line (Classic, Panorama or regional service) to Château-d'Oex and other destinations in the Pays-d'Enhaut. Trains to Leysin, Les Diablerets and the bus to Villars await the travelers at Aigle train station. To Gryon and Villars exists also a connection with the cogwheel train from Bex.
Regional Pass "Léman Alpes"
The pass is available for 5 or 7 days. According to the chosen duration, it offers an unlimited number of journeys (trains CFF/SBB, CGN-Ships as well as regional trains and busses) for 2 or 3 days. Fort he remaining days a 50% discount is granted.
The prices for the 5-day pass in 2. Class are CHF 105.- for adults, CHF 85.- for holders of a ½-Tax and GA and CHF 50.- for children.
The pass is the ideal companion for travels with public transports from Geneva Airport, in the Lake Geneva Region and in the holiday region of the Alpes vaudoises.

Swiss Travel System (Transfer Ticket and Family Card)
The Swiss Transfer ticket is the ideal solution for short stays, skiing holidays and travellers staying at a resort of the Alpes vaudoises. It takes you from the airport or border railway station directly to your destination. And back again (valid during 1 month for both journeys).
As a family you may combine this ticket with the Swiss Family Card. This card is provided free of charge, entitling children up to under 16 years old to travel free (accompanied by at least one paying parent).
Price 2. Class (valid 1 month) CHF 141.-/Adult.
